FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME?

All items in our shop are made to order and are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail which usually takes 3-5 days unless you pay for upgraded shipping at checkout. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is on the way to you. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

For custom orders placed please read the items description for the processing time. Custom items each have a different completion time frame.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

Yes! There is an option at check out to select local pick up. I will email you when your order is ready. Local pick up in Corpus Christi TX. Mission TX. (RGV)

CAN I UPGRADE TO PRIORITY SHIPPING?

Yes! There is an option to upgrade shipping at checkout. Please know that this does not change the processing time. 

DO YOU OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING?

Yes! If you place multiple orders send an email to saltandpepperdesignsco@gmail.com to have them combine and shipping refunded. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. If your order is already shipped or in process we will not be able to cancel. 

CAN I CANCEL MY CUSTOM ORDER?

If your custom order has not been started, your order can be canceled. If your order has been started or in the process of being completed or fully completed, your order may not be canceled / refunded.

ARE YOUR BOW CLIPS REVERSIBLE?

Yes! Our clips are interchangeable only on bullet fabric and scuba knit fabric bows. Pull the clip out and reinsert if you would like to change the orientation of the bow. 

THE CLIP CAME OUT OF MY BOW, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Our clips are made to come out of the bow so that it can switch from side to side. Just re-insert the clip!

CAN I UNDO MY FABRIC HAIR BOW?

No. All of our fabric bows (bullet, scuba knit, etc.) are sewn so they won't come undone. If the bow is unthreaded the bow will become damaged. 

HAIR BOW PRINTS

Most of our printed fabric will always be in stock. On most bows the picture shown of the bow will be exactly how your bow will look like. Please read the description to see if that bow print will be exactly what your bow will look like. 

CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM BOW PRINTS?

YES! Send us a message with the print you would like. It can even include pictures! Message us for details.
