Refund policy

At Salt & Pepper Designs Co. we make all products with great care and confidence and want you to be happy above all!

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

We offer store credit for hair bow product(s) that are in unworn, new condition and in it's original packaging.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the original order.

Refunds - Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will issue a shop credit code to the email on file.

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
